Wonderful Accommodation for our wedding - May 2018

We booked The Barn, The Studio and The Stable to accommodate our family for our son's wedding at St Augustine's Priory in Bilsington. The location was really convenient for that. The three separate cottages were perfect for our family group, but Gill Farm would also be ideal for couples as each cottage has a very private outside seating area with views across the beautiful gardens.

The facilities in all three cottages were superb but the studio has the biggest "WOW" factor! The farmhouse breakfasts were very welcome and got each day off to a great start. It was extra special on the morning of the wedding itself when Jan was happy for us to invite the Best Man along to join us.

Jan and Phil are very generous, helpful and accommodating hosts, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gill Farm if you are looking for a peaceful countryside break in a beautiful part of Kent.

Had a wonderful week in the Barn - best we have stayed in. Moved into the Stable for another 3 days as we couldn’t bear to leave. Shall miss Toby and Buddy ‘our best mates’ when we go home.

Our second visit to Gill Farm. The weather was terrible but the place is just beautiful even in the rain – one day we’ll get to eat on the terrace!
Bruce & Nicky Lawrence (Western Australia)

What a delight to find such a stunning location, all the way from Canada, we were so lucky. We first stayed here for a week then travelled throughout Europe but felt we had arrived home when we returned for our second week. Not only was the welcome so warm but the dogs were such fun. We will surely return as there is still so much to see an places to visit.

We have stayed in eleven B&B’s in the last 2 weeks and this is by far the best and loveliest. It was the best last day of our holiday one could think of.
Thank you

Stayed at the Barn on a Golf Weekend. Absolutely idyllic location with lovely hosts. Accommodation made for a perfect base for us golfers as we were able to relax in the beautiful surroundings before and after heading out to the course. Excellent pub/restaurant in the local village to ensure a perfect and chilled weekend away. Will definitely be back for an extended tour. Steve Clarke - (Cambridgeshire)

So beautiful and the quietest place I have ever visited.
If we have a chance to come back we’ like to stay longer.

What a peaceful place, a real find.
The stars at night are amazing and the bluebells in the woods are lovely. Lovely walks all round.

Superb Stay for our Wedding - August 2017
We booked all three of the rooms for our wedding (Groom, Best Man, Toastmaster, Bridesmaid & partners). We stayed the night before, and the night after our wedding. There is lots of space for parking, each accommodation has it's unique features along with full bathrooms and indoor/outdoor sitting areas. The setting is stunning, lovely cottage with an amazing garden and it's so peaceful. We were well looked after all weekend - Jan and her husband couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating so we could just relax and enjoy our stay. A feast of a breakfast was served at a time to suit us each morning and nothing was too much trouble when asked!

The most wonderful stay of all in 2 months of travel around Britain Made it very hard for us to leave such warm, thoughtful hospitality & beautiful surroundings and best breakfasts ever! Thanks to Toby and Bud (the dogs) for their friendly welcome,

Very cosy and comfortable. Beautiful, peaceful garden.  Lovely to see the dogs and watch the wildlife.  Ideal spot to explore Kent and tempting eating places.
As garden lovers we enjoyed your garden very much.

Thank you so much
Great house and garden! Very friendly atmosphere and nice dogs. Since spending 2 weeks in the South of England we have stayed in 13 B&B’s from the ‘Little Green Book’ (Bed and Breakfast Nationwide) and this our last was truly the best! A perfect end to our holiday and my Birthday. Thomas & Iina (Netherlands)
